摘要
目的 :采用X线头影测量方法 ,研究无牙颌患者在不同垂直距离下各有关测量数据及与垂直距离间的相关性。方法 :对无牙颌患者在H-2 、H-6、H-10 位拍摄头颅定位侧位X线片 ,将其颅面结构测量值均数作方差分析。结果 :无牙颌患者在H-2 及H-6位颅面结构相关测量角度及线距间比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。从H-2 到H-6位SL、SE均逐渐加大 ,在H-10 位SL继续加大 ,SE则明显减小 ;从H-2 到H-10 位 ,ANB由 1.75°减小为 -0 .60° ;在H-2 及H-10 位置时NPg FH、SND、GoGN SN、SNB、ANB、SL等测量值比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在H-10 位时 ,下颌在旋转的同时有整体前移的倾向。无牙颌患者确定垂直距离时 ,息止牙合间隙在
Objective: To study the vertical dimensions of the patients with edentulous jaws and their corelation with roentgenography. Methods:Lateral radiographs were taken for 20 patients (averagely aged 60 years) with edentulous jaws.Vertical dimensions of H(nose floor to gnathion),H -2(2 mm to H),H -6(6 mm to H),H -10(10 mm to H) and related craniomaxillary angles were measured on the radiographs,the data of the craniomaxillary structure were analyzed with cross method. Results: The measurments at H -2 were not significantly defferent from those at H -6 (P>0.05).SL increased from H -2 to H -10(P<0.05); NPg-FH,SND,SNB,and SL at H -10 were bigger than those at H -2 (P<0.05),while GoGn-SN,ANB,and N-Me were smaller (P<0.05),ANS-Me was significantly smaller (P< 0.01.Conclusions:The change of the vertical height of the edentulous jaws will result in the change of position of mandible. As the decrease of the vertical dimensions condyle in the articula fossa moves posterior-upward, neck of mandible anterior-upward and mandible rotates.On H -10 position,madible moves forward and ratates.
