摘要
本文从技术、组织两个角度对费用和进度控制的集成进行了研究，提出了费用和进度子系统的集成模型──工作包模型；并且用关系数据库来描述工程数据间的相互关系，实现数据的存储和操作。论文最后讨论了组织分解结构与工作包模型的数据关系，以便真正实现项目信息共享和对称。
The paper discusses integration of cost control and time control in respect of technology and organization. Work Packages Model is proposed in which cost control and time control has a common data model-Revised Work Breakdown System. It describes the relationship between project data with Relational Model.Relational Database supplies storing and manipulating data mechanism.Finally, the paper discusses organization structure which is related to Work Packages Model's structure in order to obtain symmeny and sharing of project information.
