摘要
从分析中小企业技术创新的意义入手 ,说明了中小企业在技术创新方面存在的融资困难、人才缺乏、创新意识不强、创新风险大等主要障碍 ,并提出了相应的解决方法。
Based on the analysis of significance of technology innovation for medium and small enterprises,it describes following main barriers:difficulties in financing,lack in human resource,weak consciousness in innovation and strong risk in innovation,which exist in technology innovation of medium and small enterprises. It also offers some way to deal with these barriers.
