摘要
利用红外硬件闭环仿真系统能在实验室内对红外摄像机、导弹寻的器及各种红外探测系统的实时性能进行测试和评估 ,而仿真系统的核心器件是动态红外景象产生器。文中概述了各种红外景象产生技术 ,如电阻阵列、激光二极管阵列、光调制技术等 ,重点介绍了发展最快且最具潜力的电阻阵列 ,包括其发展水平、关键技术及发展动态。为了便于比较 ,给出了某些重要器件的性能参数。
To test the real-time performance of IR camera, seeker and other IR detector systems in lab, the Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) Simulation system can be used. The core of HWIL simulation system is IR scene generator. An overview of IR scene generation technologies including resistor array, IR laser diode array projector and light modulation technology etc. is provided. Then the resistor array, which is rapidly developed and most promising, is thoroughly discussed. This includes a discussion of its latest development, key technologies and its future. The performance of some devices is also provided for comparison.
