摘要
报道了一种以四苯硼钠为活性物质的一次性 VB1半导体传感器。其 Nernst响应线性范围为1 .0× 1 0 - 1～ 1 .0× 1 0 - 5mol/ L ;斜率为 2 9m V/ p C;检测下限为 2 .0× 1 0 - 6mol/ L。该传感器具有全固化、易微型化和多功能化等优点 ,可用于测定人尿中 VB1的排出量及生物和医学方面的一次性使用。
The one shot semiconductor sensor which used sodium tetraphenyl boron as electrical active material for determining V B 1 is prepared.Its Nernst linear responding scope is 1 0×10 -1 ～1 0×10 -5 mol/L,the slope is 29 mV/pC,and the detecting limit is 2 0×10 -6 mol/L.The sensor is all solid.It can also be microminiaturized and multi functional.So,it can be used as one shot detecting meter in medical for determining V B 1 in human urine.
