摘要
开放与发展证券市场，对我国城市经济体制改革和市场经济体制的发展具有 重 要的作用。近年来，我国证券市场有了长足的发展，但由于起步较晚，在发展中也暴露出 了不少问题。本文着重从上市公司披露的财务指标的可信度分析入手，剖析一些上市公司财 务指标过度包装存在的主要问题，并在此基础上提出了投资者如何分析与调整财务指标的 建 议。
It is important to open and develop the stock market for the c ity economic system reform and the market economic system development .The stock m arket in China have made a good progress recent years ,but owing to its later a ppearance the problems in its development course are not to be neglected . The paper points out that there are companies on stock market whose financial index is over－packed ,and advises investors to analysis and adjust financial index. 〔
