摘要
中国制造业企业缺什么？文章论述了缺合理的公司治理结构，缺健全的财务 制 度。国家最缺的是企业管理。提出了中国科技型企业面临的几个问题，指出了我国制造业 与国外的主要差距。
The paper points out that the Chinese manufacturers are lackin g i n modern management ideas ,human resources concepts ,reasonable structures of c ompany management ,perfect financial system ,and enterprise management , funda m entally at present ,and presents a few problems faced by the Chinese technology －oriented enterprises ,and the main gap in comparison with their foreign counte rparts.
