摘要
根据微波集成组件加工件的尺寸精度和形位公差以及不同的材料要求 ,论述了满足这一要求的机械加工方法及工艺条件。
According to different materials, this paper is discussed the mechanic processing methods and processing conditions which can satisfy the dimensional accuracy and geometrical tolerance required by the processing of the microwave integrated assembling components.
