摘要
CO2 是一种无毒、不燃烧的天然气体。它对大气臭氧层没有破坏作用 ,温室效应也较小。CO2 在超临界下运行 ,与传统制冷剂相比有其明显的特点。实验表明 ,在自来水的进水水温 8℃ ,出水水温 6 0℃ ,蒸发温度 0℃的条件下 ,用CO2 作制冷剂的热泵型热水器供热系统的COP值可达到 4 .3。系统以周围空气为热源时 ,全年的运行平均供热COP值可以达到 4 .0 ,与传统的电加热或者燃煤系统相比 ,可以节省 75 %的能量。通过对运行的调节 ,再加上较高的压缩机效率以及CO2自身良好的传热性质 ,我们可以获得高的COP值。
CO 2is one of the few non-toxic and non-flammable inartificial working fluids that do not contribute to ozone depletion or global warming CO 2 running at trans-critical conditions has a remarkable excellence compared with conventional refrigerants.As a result,a heating-cop of 4.3 is achieved for the prototype when heating tap water from 9℃ to 60℃,at an evaporation temperature of 0℃.Hot tap water can be supplied at 60℃with ambient air as heat source.The primary energy consumption can be reduced with more than 75% compared with electrical or gas fired systems.The high process efficiency is partly owing to good adaptation of the process to the application,but also very efficient compression-process and good heat transfer characteristics for CO 2 are contributing to the high COP.
