摘要
提出了在竞争的电力市场中实现发电生产成本最小化的数学模型。首先提出了二次型的发电生产成本的函数 ,研究了由于竞争以及市场条件、负荷的不确定等因素给发电公司带来的存货成本和缺货成本。最优的竞标价格是发电公司在竞争中获胜的首要条件 ,最优的竞标电量是发电公司实现其生产成本最小化的必要条件。本文提出了基于遗传编程实现生产成本最小化问题求解的快速算法 ,借助该算法 ,发电公司可以利用市场中公开的信息 ,快速地获得最优的价格策略和竞标策略。本文给出了一个有 10个发电公司和 2 0多个节点的省级电网作为研究实例 ,证明了所提出的竞标策略模型的实用性。
The mathematical model for strategic bid and minimal production costs in a compe titive electricity market is presented in this paper.A binomial function of prod uction cost is first studied,considering holding costs and shortage costs duo to competitiveness as well as some uncertain factors such as market prices and dem and loads.Optimal bidding prices are one of principal strategies for generators to win in a bid,and optimal bidding strategy are one of necessary condition for generators to implement the objective of minimizing production costs.A genetic p rogramming based fast algorithm for the solution of optimization problem of mini mizing production costs is presented in this paper,with which generators can acq uire the optimal price strategies and bidding strategies making use of market in formation.A study case with 10 generators and 20 nodes in a province electrical network demonstrates its validity and flexibility of the proposed model.
