摘要
垄断是竞争的产物,自然垄断与规模经济相伴而生,依经济实力形成的垄断有其存在的客观性与合理性。但垄断行为又会破坏竞争机制造成经济与社会的低效率,所以,必须反垄断,反垄断主要是指反垄断行为。
The monopoly is the outcome of the competition. The economics of scale brings easily the natural monopoly. And the monopoly depending on the economic power is objective and reasonable. but the monopoly behavior would ruin the competition mechanism , which results in the low efficiency of the economy and society. Therefore, we must oppose the monopoly, and chiefly oppose the monopoly behaviour.
