环丙沙星在鳗鲡组织中残留的消除规律 被引量:9

摘要 在26~28℃及18~22℃水温下,以每千克体重给予50mg环丙沙星的比例对鳗鲡(Anguillajaponica)进行灌胃给药,然后采用高效液相色谱技术,分别于给药后的第4、5、6、7、9、15及21天测定环丙沙星在鳗鲡的血液、肌肉、胆汁和肾脏组织中的含量变化规律.结果显示,环丙沙星在鳗鲡体内的消除速度与水温有密切关系.在26~28℃水温下,肌肉、血液、胆汁和肾脏中的环丙沙星残留分别在第6、第7和第9天消除;而在18~22℃水温下,除肾脏中环丙沙星残留于第15天消除外,其余三种组织中环丙沙星残留的消除时间均延长至21天,表明水温对鳗鲡体内的药物代谢有明显的影响,环丙沙星残留的消除速度随水温降低而减慢.从食品安全角度来分析,在26~28℃水温下用药的鳗鲡,其上市前环丙沙星的停药期应不少于9天,而在18~22℃水温下用药的鳗鲡,其停药期应不少于21天.本研究结果为鱼类食品安全标准的制定提供了科学依据. At temperatures of 26~28℃ and 18~22℃, eels were fed with Ciprofloxacin by the dosage of 50mg medicine/kg b.w. After the dose, tissues of blood, muscle, gall and kidney were taken out of eels at 4?5?6?7?9?15 and 21 days. The content of Ciprofloxacin in tissues samples were determined by HPLC. The results show that the depletion speed of Ciprofloxacin in eels closely relates with the water temperature. At temperature of 26~28℃, Ciprofloxacin in muscle, blood, gall and kidney samples could not be found respectively after 6,7 and 9 days; but at temperature of 18~22℃, the depletion time in kidney is 15 days and the time in the rest three tissues extends to 21 days. It demonstrates that the depletion speed of Ciprofloxacin residues slows down with the drop of water temperature. As a result, at temperature of 26~28℃, eels should be kept from Ciprofloxacin at least 9 days before sale; at temperature of 18~22℃, it needs even longer than 21 days. The result could be used as foundation of fishfood security standard.
