介绍了轧辊堆焊原理及工艺流程,对包钢轨梁厂轧辊使用及消耗情况进行了分析,阐述了采用轧辊堆焊技术的可行性及经济效益,并对包钢轨梁厂实施轧辊堆焊技术提出了建议。
Technological process and principles of rolls surfacing are introduced.Economic benefit and feasibility of using rolls surfacing technology are expounded,through analysis of rolls application and consuming cirumstances at Baosteel railbeam plant.Meanwhile,the proposals for implementing the rolls surfacing technology at Baosteel railbeam plant are put forward.
