摘要
在原高强耐磨浇注料的基础上,比较了不同粒度特征及抗磨剂对浇注料抗磨性能的影响,提出了改进浇注料耐磨性的措施。改进后的高强耐磨浇注料使用效果良好。
Based on manufacturing way of common castable with high strength and abrasion resistance,the influences of particle size compositon and two kinds of additives on abrasion resistance of castable were studied by comparative test.The measures of improving abrasionresistance of castable were proposed.Newtype castable with high strength and abrasion resistance have obtained good application.
