摘要
随着网络信息化的到来 ,高校科研信息管理面临着许多问题 ,为了提高管理的针对性和时效性 ,把智能信息“推拉”技术应用在高校科研信息管理中具有十分重要的意义。分析了科研信息管理面临的问题 ,介绍了智能信息“推拉”技术和其特点 ,给出了基于智能信息“推拉”技术的科研信息管理方案。
The information management of scientific research in colleges is faced with many problems along with the advent of the internet information. In order to enhance the pertinence and efficiency of the management, it is very important to apply intelligent information push-pull technology to the information management of scientific research in colleges. In this paper, the problems faced in information management are discussed, the summary and the character of intelligent information push-pull technology are presented, the project and the strongpoint based on intelligent information push-pull technology are lastly summed up.
