摘要
制约西部贫困地区农业可持续发展的因素复杂 ,而且因素之间相互恶化 ,使西部贫困地区农业发展的不可持续性不断深化。本文论述了西部贫困地区农业可持续发展的障碍因素 ,并据此提出切实可行的对策措施。
The factors,which restricts sustainable agriculture in the poor area of Western China, are complicated, and worsen each other, then they altogether make the agricultural development in the poor areas of Western China unsustainable. This paper analyses the obstacles to sustainable agriculture in poor areas of Western China, and works out countermeasures to these obstacles.
