摘要
由于不同的档案工作实际和档案管理体制,各国对文件生命周期的划分采取了不同的依据。本文主要介绍了国内外传统文件生命周期和电子文件生命周期的几种划分依据,并进行分析比较,希望能从中有所借鉴推动我国档案工作的发展。
Because of the difference of the working practice and the management system of archives, the different standards have been adopted to partition the documental life cycle in various countries. The partitioning standards of the life cycle of traditional and electronic archives in and out of our country has been introduced in this paper, the standards have been analyzed and compared in order to help archival work of our country.
