摘要
目的:研究牙面处理剂对Dyract AP复合体修复V类洞边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:选择18颗成人离体单根前磨牙,在牙体的颊舌侧颈部分别制备V类洞,随机均分为两组:①实验组 用17%EDTA处理洞壁后常规充填复合体;②对照组 用水冲洗洞壁后,常规充填复合体。经温差循环试验(5℃~55℃)100次,采用1%亚甲蓝染料渗入法,观察牙体剖面充填体与洞壁间的微渗漏。在扫描电镜(SEM)下观察其微间隙。结果:实验组的微渗漏明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SEM观察结果与染料渗入法相一致。结论:用17%EDTA处理洞壁,可以显著减少复合体与洞壁间的微渗漏。
Objective: The effect on microleakge of Dyract AP compomer was studied. Methods: Eighteen extracted premolars were selected for the study. V cavity tooth preparation was made in cervical area of buccal and lingual side respectively and all teeth were divided into 2 groups randomly. Experimental group: the cavity walls were cleaned with 17 % EDTA, then filled with compomer; control group: the cavity walls were cleaned with water and filled with compomer. Thermocycling(5 C -55C ) 100 times, 1% methylene bluedye was used for penetration, and the microleakage between restoration and cavity walls was investigated under SEM. Results: The microleakage in the experimental group is significantly lower than that of control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: After cavity walls were cleaned with 17 % EDTA, the microleakage between compomer and cavity walls decreased significantly.
