生物人工肾小管对多脏器障碍/多器官衰竭猪IL-10和生存时间影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从2002年6月~2003年1月,我们采用猪近曲小管上皮细胞株(LLC-PK1)自行构建的生物人工肾小管装置(RAD)[1],对急性肾衰竭(ARF)合并多脏器障碍/多器官衰竭(MODS/MOF)猪进行治疗,观察对抗炎细胞因子IL-10和生存时间的影响,获得满意的结果.
