摘要
目的 :从胆碱能神经递质方面探讨参叶益智胶囊改善记忆功能的作用机理。方法 :对 3月龄和 12月龄小鼠分别给予参叶益智胶囊及对照药物后 ,测定小鼠大脑皮质和海马胆碱己酰转移酶 (Ch AT)、胆碱酯酶 (Ach E)活性及己酰胆碱(Ach)含量。结果 :参叶益智胶囊对 12月龄小鼠大脑皮质和海马 Ch AT、Ach E活性及 Ach含量的影响是双向调节作用。即升高 Ch AT活性 ,降低 Ach E活性 ,从而使 Ach含量提高或维持在一相对恒定的水平上。结论
Objective:To investigate the effects o f Shenye Yizhi Capsule on improving memory function on the neurotrasmitter of A ch.Methods:3-month and 12-month rats were treated with Shenye Yizhi Capsule and the contrary drug respectively. Activity of ChAT and AchE, th e content of Ach were determined after treatment for all rats.Results:Shenye Yizhi Capsule has both-sided effects on th e activity of ChAT and AchE and the contents of Ach to the 12-month rats, highte ning the activity of ChAT and reducing the activity of AchE, which make the cont ents of Ach improved or maintain stable level of relativity.Conclusion:Shenye Yizhi Capsule can adjust the normal phys iological function of Ach of older rats.
