摘要
目的 :研究黑龙江地区多发性骨髓瘤 (MM )患者EB病毒 (EBV)、人类疱疹病毒 6 (HHV 6 )的感染情况 ,以探究MM的病因及发病机制。方法 :用多聚酶链反应 (PCR)技术检测MM患者EBV、HHV 6感染情况 ,每批试验均设阳性质粒对照及无模板阴性对照 ,同时检测了 2 6例正常人。结果 :MM患者总的病毒感染率为83.3% ,EBV DNA阳性率为 5 0 .0 % ,正常对照组EBV DNA阳性率为 3.8% ;MM患者HHV 6DNA阳性率为33.3% ,正常对照组HHV 6DNA为 0。MM患者EBV、HHV 6感染与正常对照组差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :黑龙江地区一些MM患者存在EBV、HHV 6感染 ,但两种病毒致病的确切机制尚不清楚。
Objective:To study the infection stations of EBV and HHV-6 of Multiple myeloma patients in Hei Long Jiang, and to explore the etiology and mechanism.Method:The infection of EBV and HHV-6 of MM was detected by PCR. Every experiment had postive plasmid control and no template negative control and also were detected twenty-six normal persons.Result:The total infective rate of the virus in MM patients was 83.3%, the postive rate of the EBV was 50.0%, and the postive rate of EBV in normal control group was 3.8%. The postive rate of HHV-6 DNA in MM patients was 33.3%, and the postive rate of HHV-6 DNA of the normal control groop was zero. The comparision between MM patients and normal control group infected by EBV and HHV-6 has significant difference(P< 0.01).Conclusion:The infection of EBV and HHV-6 in MM patients in Hei Long Jiang is postive in certain degree,but the incisive mechanism was not clear.
