摘要
研制一种磁悬浮数字控制系统。采用TMS320VC33数字信号处理器(DSP)进行设计,对采样信号通过硬件、软件滤波相结合的方法有效地抑制了干扰,采用位置式和增量式相结合的PID控制算法,实现了磁悬浮装置稳定、精确的控制功能。
A digitalcontrol system for magnetic suspension is introduced.The system uses the digital signal processing (DSP) named TMS 320 VC 33 to design program. It has used the method of integrating hardandsoftware filtering for sampling to restrain interference efficiently.It has used the PID algorithm by integrating the position model and increment model and realigned the magnetic suspension equipment control function stably and accurately.
