摘要
在珠江三角洲城际轨道建设项目中,要正确认识区域城际轨道交通的地位和作用,增强其加快建设的紧迫感;必须把区域城际轨道交通放在整个交通工作中全面考虑,统筹协调;要提高交通规则的连续性和地方政府的广泛参与性;要加强城际轨道交通与所连接城市的协调;要开辟多样化的融资渠道,而且建设与管理必须公开、规范、稳健。
We should have a correct understanding of the position and roles of city - to - city rail transportation when we launch city - to - city rail transportation in the Zhujiang River Delta. It is urgent to accelerate the construction. The construction of city - to - city rail transportation network must be considered in the overall planning of transportation. The continuation of traffic rules and participation of governments should be enhanced. The city - to - city rails should be coordinated with the cities they reach. Multi -channels for fund raising should be established. The construction and management should be open and standardized.
