摘要
项目后评价是固定资产投资管理的一项重要内容,也是固定资产投资管理的最后一个环节,它对于提高项目的决策水平、设计施工水平、提高生产能力和经济效益、提高引进技术和装备的成功率都能起到积极的推动作用。本文从技改项目后评价的实践出发,介绍了后评价的过程和方法,并阐述了后评价成果的推广与应用。
An appraisal for aftereffects of an accomplished project is an important content of management of capital- asset investment and is also a final link of capital- asset investment management. Such an appraisal plays an positive promotive role to improve policy decision level for constructive project, design/construction level, production capacity and economic effects, raise success rate of introduced technology and equipment. Proceeding from actual practice of appraisal for aftereffects of some accomplished projects of technological transformation, an account of apprai sement process and method for a certain accomplished project is presented, and moreover, further extensive applications of the acchievements from some actual appraisal for aftereffects of some accomplished projects are expounded.
