摘要
通过分析热轧窄带钢用精轧工作辊破损形式 ,阐述其生产及使用要点、使用效果。诊断结果认为高镍铬钼无限冷硬铸铁材质在热轧窄带钢用精轧工作辊还有发展、完善的空间。
This paper describes the broken forms of precision roll, elucidates the production, main points and effect of application of the roll. It is reckoned conclusivly that a heating rolled narrow strip of steel which is made by endlessness hard and cold material containing element Ni, Cr and Mo, will be widely used.
