离心式注水泵站变频调速系统效率优化控制 被引量:7

摘要 在分析油田离心式注水泵和注水管网特性的基础上,以泵群轴功率最小为目标函数,以注水指标和水泵高效工作区为约束条件,建立了注水泵站效率优化控制问题的实用化数学模型,并采用枚举法和广义简约梯度法求解模型。该模型在目标函数中引入注水泵效率特性克服了轴功率曲线拟合法在工程上难以获得测量参数的局限性,具有精度高、物理意义明确、易于工程实现的优点。实验结果证实了优化模型的有效性。 Based on the performance analysis of centrifugal injection pump and the pipe networks, a practical model of the water injection pump stations is proposed, in which the main objective is to minimize the sum of all the pump shaft power, while the given water injection target and pump high-efficiency working area are two necessary constrained conditions. The enumeration and generalized reduced gradient method are used to solve the formulated modeling problem. The simulation results illustrated the validity of the new optimization strategy.
