摘要
为开发利用淮北矿区高岭土资源,以该区朱庄煤矿煤系高岭土为代表样品进行高岭土的活化研究。研究表明:掺入10%煅烧高岭土的水泥的性能得到大幅度地提高;对于朱庄煤系高岭土来说,752℃是其最佳活化温度。综合技术和经济两方面的因素,对于生产水泥的活性掺合料来说,676~752℃是该高岭土适宜的煅烧温度。
For the purpose of the development and utilization of the argilla re sources in Huaibei, the activation of coal-argilla taken from Zhuzhuang coal mi ne was studied as representative sample. The result showed that the performance of cement improved greatly with 10% of calcined argilla. For the argilla in Zh uzhuang, the most suitable activation temperature was 752℃. So the suitable calcine temperature for the argilla was 676-752℃ after considering technology and economy factors.
