碳纤维增强混凝土裂纹钝化的有限元模拟与实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用电沉积技术对碳纤维增强混凝土的裂纹尖端实施钝化,利用有限元定量地模拟了整个试件的电流密度分布状况,并证明在裂纹尖端和电极附近有电流密度集中现象.裂纹尖端附近的电流密度比混凝土试件上的电流密度高出了几百倍,沉积物最先沉淀在这些地方,使得裂纹尖端的曲率半径增大,最后达到阻止裂纹的进一步扩展甚至将其修复的目的.实验验证了这一点,表明利用电沉积技术对碳纤维混凝土实行裂纹尖端钝化是一种行之有效的方法. The qualitatively currentdensity distribution of the whole CFRC sample is simulated by finite element method. At the same time that the currentdensity convergence effect is existed near the crack tip and electrode is proved. Therefore, precipitation will be deposited firstly in crack and crack tip when current is applied to the MgSO4 solution, which makes the curvature radius of crack tip increase and prevents the crack from further extending even rehabilitating crack. Final results of experiment indicate that applying electrodeposition technology is an effective method of blunting crack tip and healing crack.
