摘要
讨论了发展我国高层智能大厦物业管理的一些关键性问题及解决措施,阐述了智能建筑定义、特点及组成.通过对高层智能建筑物业管理特点与难点的讨论,对高层智能建筑物业管理中有关高层智能建筑的定位、专业技术人才的匮乏、智能系统维护和系统可靠性、智能系统的再开发、物业管理的品质提高等有关问题进行了探讨,提出了一些解决方案,供有关人士参考.
The key problems and solutions of developing intelligent tall buildings in China are discussed. The implication of intelligent building, which include the definition, the characteristics, basic requirements and constitution of intelligent building is expounded. By means of discussing the characteristics and difficulties on the property management of intelligent tall buildings and deeply analyzing problems concerning the fixed position of intelligent tall buildings, the lack of qualified technicians, facility management and stability of the intelligent system, the question of proceeded to develop intelligent system and improving the quality of property management etc., some ways of solving the questions for the property management specialists are put forward.
