摘要
本研究采用垂直聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法,测定隆太杂交仔鹅(F1)血清中酯酶(ES),淀粉酶(Amy)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)三种同工酶的遗传多态型,同时测定了隆太杂交鹅(F1)血清中淀粉酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性;初步探讨了酶活性与同工酶型、体重的关系。结果表明:隆太杂交鹅(F1)血清中的碱性磷酸酶(AKP),淀粉酶(Amy)的同工酶型的活性相近,两种酶的多态性可长期保持下去;其多态性保持机制可能符合中性学说,隆太杂交鹅血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性与日增重有一定程度的表型正相关(r=0.8902),有可能作为肉仔鹅早期生长性能的选择指标之一。
the genetic polymorphism of three isoenzymes,esterase(Es);alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and Amylase(Amy)were examined respectively in serum by using vertical PAGE.Meanwhile,activities of AKP and Amy were measured in serum.The correlations between activities of isoenzymes and body weight were analyaed.the results indicated that:In F1 serum,isoenzymes of AKP and Amy have simiar activities,and polymorphisms of these two enzymes could retain long,the mechanism of which might conform to neutral theory;In Longtai goose(F1)serum,activitids of AKP are positively correlited with daily weight increase to a certain degree,which might serve as a selecting sign of early growth in green gosse.
