摘要
61例慢性呼吸衰竭急性加重病人中48例(78.7％)出现心电图改变,其中肺型P波、ST—T变化或呈酷似心肌梗塞图形、心律失常发生率较高,这些改变与呼吸道感染、低氧血症、酸碱失衡和电解质紊乱有直接关系。
Electrocardiogram changes occured in 48 of 61 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory failure(78.7%). Those changes were mainly pulmonary p wave, ST-T changes and figures like arrhythmias. The lattcr were related directly to infection of the respiratory system, hypoxemia, acid-base imbalance and electrolytes desorders.
