摘要
针对目前市场上聚乙烯醇缩甲醛建筑胶存在的粘度低、粘接强度不高的问题,提出一种新的生产工艺.通过加入添加剂的方法提高其性能并降低游离甲醛的含量.实验表明:通过这种新方法制备的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛其粘度大大提高,并且其粘接强度也得到了很大的改善,游离甲醛含量低,产品性能达到建材行业有关标准要求.
The paper puts up forward a new technology of synthesizing polyvinyl formal (PVF) adhesive.This technology can improve its performance and decrease the amount of dissociate formaldehyde by adding additive. The experiments show that the viscosity of the PVF made through this method increases greatly, that the adhesive power improves as well, and that the amount of dissociate formaldehyde is low compared with other products. In all, the performance of the product can meet all the corresponding requirements of construction materials industry.
