摘要
美国著名的国际政治专家约瑟夫·奈最近提出了“三维棋局”的理论和软实力的理论。这些理论的提出有其深刻的国际背景和历史根源。虽然这些观点是以维护美国超级大国地位为最终目的的 ,但对中国应对国际政治变化 ,加强本国的软实力建设有若干重要的启示。
Joseph S. Nye, a famous international political theoretician from Harvard University, mentioned three-dimensional chessboard and soft power theory. He divided nation power into two parts: hard power including military power and economic power and soft power including American culture, idea of value and social ideology. He suggested that America should not only use hard power but also soft power in international affairs in order to keep superpower permanently. Although these views have their limitations and shortcomings, we can gain enlightenments from Joseph S. Nye's theory.
