摘要
本文把决策是否可行概括为决策能否满足相应的信息条件、组织条件、物质条件和环境条件四个方面 ,并对这四个方面作了较为详尽的解释 ,对它们的重要性作了较为充分的论证 ,最后对如何把握这四个条件做了较为周密的有益探讨。
Whether the decision-making is feasible must meet correspondent conditions including information, organization, materials and environment. The paper presents a detailed explanation about the four phases, and demonstrates the significance. At last, it is discussed that how the four conditions are mastered.
