摘要
针对油井在防砂中存在的地层伤害严重,井筒内留有残余物、施工程序复杂,作业成本高,有效期短等问题,采取将射孔和防砂两个工艺过程一次施工完成的一项新技术,即复合射孔防砂技术。经过室内研究、物理模拟、复合射孔器设计研制后,将其应用于现场,取得了良好的防砂效果。试验表明,复合射孔防砂技术优势明显,是对传统防砂思想的重大突破。其理论基础扎实,施工及设计合理,是一种非常有效的油井防砂方法。
In accordance with problems appeared in sand control process, such as serious formation damage, borehole remnant, complicated operation procedure, high cost, and short validity, it is decided to finish perforating and sand control in one operation. i.e., compound perforating and sand control. After laboratory investigation, physical modeling and development of compound perforator, this technique has been applied in field test and achieved good sand control effect. Test shows that this technique is obviously advantageous, and is a breakthrough of traditional thought. It is theoretical and rational, and is a very effective way of sand control.
