摘要
本文论述了陕西省土地资源的现状和在国家西部大开发战略影响下退耕还林给陕西省人地关系带来新问题。认为耕地后备资源的合理开发利用是保证陕西省生态环境保护与建设 ,经济持续增长 。
The thesis brings out the new problem company with planting trees and grass on cultivated land in the West-China Development. It is thought that exploiting the reserve resources of cultivated land is an important method to keep environment better, economy increasing and the society stabilized. The author divided Shaanxi province into 5 blocks to describe and assess the category and number and distribution of the reserve resources of cultivated land in details, then bring out three methods to exploit it. It is revealed that the reserve resources of cultivated land in Shaanxi province is much less than expected, and the quantity of it is not high. There will be a lot of difficulty in exploition it. But the exploition can brings numerous benefits to ecology and society.
