摘要
宁波市人口年龄结构已向老龄化发展,老龄化问题已成为一项社会问题。本文从宁波市人口现状出发,从完 善社会保障制度的角度,提出了完善养老保险制度三条可行性的对策建议,构建符合宁波人口发展社会保障体系,以推进 我市经济的可持续发展。
Aging population is a social problem and Ningbo City is also facing such a problem. This paper, based on the present demographic situation in the city and from the perspective of improving social security system , raises three feasible suggestions to construct the system that fits the demographic development in Ningbo so as to push forward the sustainable development of economy in Ningbo City.
