摘要
本文在变形监测网的灵敏度的基础上，定义了观测值的灵敏度影响系数。当给出了监测网所要监测的变形向量的灵敏度要求时，提出了一种同时顾及灵敏度、可靠性和费用准则的二类优化设计方法。文中推导了观测值的灵敏度影响系数的计算公式。用编写的该优化设计方法的程序，通过算例分析，说明了该法的有效性和可行性。
