摘要
本文根据硫酸铈的氧化性及Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)对铂电极具有迅速稳定可读电位,提出了用电位滴定法对化学镀镍液中次磷酸钠含量进行快速测定。该方法操作简便快速,可在15min内完成,可应用于化学镀镍液中次磷酸钠含量的现场测定,所需时间比现行使用的分析方法要短8~10min。
Hypophosphite ion concentration in electroless nickel plating solutions can be rapidly determined by potential titration with cerium sulfate. The method can be finished in fifteen minutes and is workable for solution control in - situ. It was shorter 8 - 10 minutes than other methods.
