摘要
在小型反应器内合成了双峰聚丙烯(BMPP)和含有成核剂的双峰聚丙烯(BMPP/NA),考察了试样的结晶、熔融行为和力学性能。BMPP的结晶温度较均聚PP提高5℃(降温速率10℃/min),结晶速率有一定程度增加;而BMPP/NA的结晶温度较均聚PP提高16.5℃,且结晶速率明显加快。BMPP和BMPP/NA的拉伸强度和弯曲弹性模量较均聚PP有了较大提高。
Bimodal polypropylene (BMPP) and nucleated bimodal polypropylene (BMPP/NA) were synthesized in a small stirred bed reactor, and the crystallization, melt behavior and mechanical properties of the samples were investigated. The crystallization temperature of BMPP increases by 5℃ at a cooling rate of 10℃/min and the crystallization rate increases to some extent compared with homopolypropylene; moreover, the crystallization temperature of BMPP/NA increases by 16. 5℃ and the crystallization rate increases markedly. The tensile strength and flexural elastic modulas of BMPP and BMPP/NA increase greatly compared with that of homopolypropylene.
