摘要 采用共混方法制备了纳米ZnO/HDPE复合材料。研究了纳米ZnO对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 :对于经偶联剂表面处理的纳米ZnO ,当质量分数为 1%~ 3 %时 ,明显改善了复合材料的拉伸力学性能 ;但是 ,当质量分数超过 3 %时 ,复合材料的力学性能反而随纳米ZnO用量的增加而降低 ; Nano ZnO/HDPE composites were prepared by blending,and the effects of nano ZnO on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated The results indicated that the mechanical properties of the composites were improved obviously when the mass fraction of 1~3% of surface treated nano ZnO was added in,however,as the mass fraction of the surface treated nano ZnO in the composites was over 3%,the mechanical properties of the composites decreased contrarily The results also showed that the use of non surface treated nano ZnO would make the mechanical properties of the composites decrease greatly
