摘要
分析了电话机外壳底座的塑件工艺特点。介绍了电话机外壳底座注射成型模结构及模具的工作过程。此电话机外壳注射模设计的结构特点是 :点浇口形式的双分型面的注射模 ,是侧向抽芯注射模。经过生产验证 ,该模具结构设计巧妙、操作方便、使用寿命长 ,塑件达到技术要求。
The technological characteristics of the plastics spare parts of the bottom case of telephone shell were analyzed The structure and working process of the injection mould for forming the bottom case were introduced The structure peculiarity of this project is a injection mould of twin minute to touch the runner shape, and is a side core retracting injection mould It was showen by production practice that the mould structure was designed cleverly and could be operated easily,the service life of the mould was long and the injection moulded plastics parts could meet the need of technical requirement
