棉花人工合成[AG]复合染色体组的细胞学和同功酶分析

摘要 应用生物技术,将自然界的二个同源二倍体棉种杂交成异源二倍体,因杂种不育,经染色体加倍成异源四倍体,育性恢复,现已繁殖到高世代大群体,经细胞学鉴定和同功酶分析,为人工合成的[AG]复合染色体组新棉种。 Adopting hybridization technology, a allodiploid were created from two nature autodiploid cotton. In order to restore fertility of allodiploid, its chromosomes were doubled, and its high—generation colony were reproduced. A new synthesized cotton hybrid strain with (AG) compound chromosomes was identified by means of P. M. C. meiosis and analysis of peroxidase isozymes.
