摘要
在饲料种类、饲喂方法、日粮总量等不变情况下,对31头黄牛食前食后的瘤胃液 PH 值及纤毛虫数作了调查。结果:食后(上午)瘤胃液 pH 值较食前(下午)低0.2;纤毛虫少,7.42万/ml.一天内瘤液 pH 值平均为6.8,纤毛虫平均为23.
Under the constant condition of forage type,feeding method and the daily amount of feed,we investigated ru- minal pH and the number of ruminal ciliate in 31 head of cattle before and after feeding.It was found that ruminal pH is lower after a meal(in the morning)than that before eating(in the afternoon)by 0.2,while the number of ruminal ciliate is decreased by 74,200/ml.The average ruminal pH a day is 6.8,and the population of ruminal ciliate is 236,000/ml.
