摘要
综述了近年来国内外在含氟芳杂环高分子方面的研究及应用进展情况。主要介绍了含氟聚苯并咪唑 (PBI)、聚苯并唑 (PBO)、聚芳醚 (PAE)及其衍生物等材料。从含氟单体的合成。
Research and development of fluorinated heteroaromatic p olymers, such as polybenzimidazoles, polybenzoxazole and poly(arylene ether) and so on, have been summarized. The synthesis of fluorinated monomers, aromatic te traamines and diacids and the fluorinated heteroaromatic polymers were discussed i n detail, respectively. The applications of fluorinated heteroaromatic polymers in microelectronics fields were introduced at the same time.\;
