磁化水对醋糟栽培平菇菌丝生长及产量的影响 被引量:2

INFLUENGCE OF MAGNETIC WATER ON MYCELIAL GROWTII AND YIELD OF PLEUROTUS OSTREATUS GROWN IN VINEGAR WASTES

摘要 本试验选用平菇(Plcurofus ostrcafus)8405菌丝,在菌丝体生长和子实体发育阶段,采用了二因素随机区组设计,进行不同拌料方法与不同磁化水强度的处理。试验结果表明:菌丝体阶段生长最快的处理组合是:在石膏、磷肥磁化水拌料的料处理方法中,以磁化水强度为2000GS的组合生长最快,其日生长量比对照加快29.78%;子实体阶段的最佳组合是;在磁化水外料加菇期喷洒磁化水的料处理方法中,以磁化水强度为3500GS的组合产量最高,比对照提高32.42%。 The strain 8405 of plcurotus ostrcatus was uscd in this experinent with vinegar wasters as the main culture material. During the hypha growth stago and sporophorc cdvclopment stage, a two factor randomizod block design was uscd to treat trent intensities and different mixing mcthods wcrc employed. The results of the experiment showed that the bcst combination was that of gypsum, supcrphosphate mixed with the magnetic water of 2000Gs. The avacrage growth of picurotus ostrcatus with this combination was incrcascd by 29.78%, compared to the control. During the sporophore stage, however, sprcading the magnetic water of 35000GS was the best, ahich resulted in an incrcase in yield by 32. 42%, comparod to the control.
