摘要
针对煤矿企业机械设备轴承故障高发的现象,总结大量轴承维护和维修实践经验。 结合当前轴承发展的趋势,文章从4个方面(正确适量地润滑、防止轴承润滑剂污染、排除诱发轴承 故障因素、加强维护人员培训工作)提出了提高轴承使用寿命的措施。
Aimming at the high failure of bearings of machines of coal - mine, the article aums up a lot of practical experiences of repairing and maintenance. Combining with the current trend of development of bearing, the article puts forward some measures on how to prolong the life of bearing (from four aspects, including right suitable lubrication, preventing from pollution of lubricant of bearing, eliminating the factors of inducing the failure of bearing, strengthening the training work of personnels) .
