针对目前冶金矿渣提升机轴承磨损快、寿命短、难维护的缺点,提出使用水润滑橡胶 专用轴承的建议,并详细介绍了水润滑橡胶轴承的基本结构、工作原理和设计原则,展望了水润滑 橡胶轴承的应用发展前景。
The bearings of metallurgy slag hoister in use had the defects of short life and low wear resistance,the water - lubricated journal rubber bearings was introduced for metallurgy slag hoister in the paper. The basic structure, working mechanism and design methods of the bearings was described in the paper. The application advances and development of the new bearings were prospected in the end.
