摘要
随着科技的不断进步,现代技术中新产品、新元件不断问世,利用OrCAD PSPice技术中元件库扩充功能,实现EDA技术中MAX PLUS中内附函数的功能扩展,以增加起对于电路的开发能力,为EDA技术的不断创新提出了新的想法。通过对实际芯片的外观的相应修改,观察其修改过后的仿真波形,并与原来的仿真波形相比较,发现两波形完全相同,以此验证该方法是完全可行的。
With the development of science, new products and new components are appearing . Now, we can use the expanded function of component store in OrCAD Pspice technology to realize the expanded function of MAX PLUS' Add-ons functions in EDA technology. By this, we can improve the developing capability in electrocircuit and put forword new ideas in EDA technology. Through the modifying in actual appearance of chip, observing the modified emulational wave form, and comparing it with the original wave form, we can find the two wave forms are the same, so we can say that the way is feasible.
