摘要 4-苯基-2-苯偶氮基-1-硫代-3,4-二氮唑硫酮-5(C14H10N4S2)由双硫腙与二硫化碳发生加成闭环反应时获得。文章采用紫外-可见光谱的跟踪对双硫腙与二硫化碳的反应进行了系统的研究。初步讨论了反应历程,提出该反应的机理是亲核加成;并通过IR谱和NMR谱,对标题化合物的结构进行了表征。 The title compound (4-phenyl-2-phenylazo-1-thio-3, 4-diazole-thione-5) has been synthesized by ring-closing reaction of dithizone and carbon bisulfide. In this paper, the reaction of dithizone and carbon bisulfide was studied systematically by ultraviolet-visible spectrometry. The reaction course was discussed preliminarily. The double bond between C and S of dithizone was open. Between NI and S a connection was formed by -C(=S)- base group coming from CS2. The double bond between N2 and C9 was formed. Five member heterocyclic ring was formed. The mechanism of this reaction was proposed. The compounds were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance.
